If you’re looking for a wall hinged rope frame for use in your school gymnasium, Universal Services manufactures a wide range of equipment that can be tailored to suit your needs.
We have two standard versions of rope frame units available, either supplied in steel construction with a blue powder coating to create a hard-wearing and highly attractive surface. We can also provide timber upright wall rope frames that have been finished in a durable clear gloss lacquer. Both allow rope climbing activities where the hall cannot accommodate an overhead trackway.
When not in use, these frames are stored flat against your gymnasium wall. They can be easily wheeled into position, then secured using a quick action tension device.
The frames have 5 fixing points which can be made up of ropes, knotted ropes, rope ladders, and/or hand rings and trapezes, providing an interesting and extremely versatile setup that is ideal for use in primary and secondary schools.
Our standard wall hinged rope frames are 3600mm x 3600mm, but these products are also available in a height of 4200mm for use within Key Stage 3 and 4.
