All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of despatch.
If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time you can contact us in writing to cancel your order, however this is not possible if the items have already been despatched. We may deliver the goods in multiple deliveries.
If delivery is attempted and either refused or we are unable to make the delivery, there may be a carriage charge applicable to be paid for the failed delivery, this will be charged additionally to the order.
If a phone call is required to book in a delivery, this may be possible but will be charged additionally, please contact our office if this is required on sales@userv.co.uk.
Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is required with order unless you have a credit account with us. If payment is on account our terms are strictly nett 30 days. Not withstanding delivery and the passing risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the seller until the seller has received payment of the full price of (a) all goods and or services the subject of the contract and (b) all other goods and or services supplied by the seller to the buyer under any contract whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer.
Claims must be made in writing within seven days from date of invoice.
Claims for damaged goods must be notified by telephone immediately. Goods must be noted on any paperwork from the carriage company that the items are damaged and not signed for in good order.
Most large items are made to customers order and are unable to be returned. No goods will be accepted back for credit without prior permission. A minimum 20% handling charge will apply, plus carriage (if applicable) and VAT. This does not apply where there is a justifiable complaint against the quality of the goods. All returns must still be in a fit state for re-sale, credits will not be given if goods are returned and have been clearly damaged.
Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the account is settled in full.

Cancellation of Servicing or Maintenance repairs appointments will incur and cancellation charge of £45.00 + vat per hour for the time allocated to the planned work.
