Installed 1m from the end wall opposite the cricket nets the Bowlers End Protection Net offers protection from stray balls damaging the wall. Usually 9m long for use with a double cricket bay or installed the full width of the hall for two double cricket bays, it incorporates a cotton canvas screen 3m high with 50mm square netting above and 450mm netting below to prevent any balls going under the screen.
As with all of our nets it is stored in a flame retardant nylon reinforce PVC bag, they can also be provided with a flame retardant finish in accordance with BS 5872, Part 2, 1980 and can be supported by lanyard cords which prevent netting from stretching.
